Be open to the possibility that no one has control of your feelings.
Continue experimenting with more “I” statements until you feel resolved. When you are aware of your feelings and what triggers them, practice sharing with others, either one on one or in small groups, rotating or taking turns. Sharing with family members and peers helps open up communication barriers and takes the mystery out of the “whys” of behavior. Utilize the feeling blocks to aid in the mending of issues and once resolved always reach for the next best feeling.
